NLRB Transitions to SecureRelease for Processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests

September 26, 2023 Starting October 1, 2023, members of the public can submit Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for Agency records using SecureRelease. SecureRelease replaces FOIAOnline, which will be decommissioned by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on September 30, 2023. Since 1967, the FOIA has provided the public the right to request access to records from any federal agency. It is often described as the law that keeps citizens in the know about their government.
